Remembrance Sunday Service

Sun, 13 Nov 2022 10:45

On the second Sunday in November each year, the residents of Dronfield come together to commemorate and remember those who have died in world wars and other conflicts.

The parade begins on School Lane and then walks up Church Street and High Street before arriving in the Library Gardens. A service then takes place at the War Memorial.

A minute's silence is observed, hymns will be sung, and local organisations are invited to lay a wreath, to honour those who served and sacrificed.
