New play area for Cliffe Park
Dronfield Town Council are delighted to announce exciting plans for Cliffe Park. From January 2018 the play area within the Park will be closed for three months to allow contractors, Creative Play, to begin work on the new play area. Ideas from local parents and children have been incorporated and new play equipment will be installed along with the enhancement of existing features with the Park.

Dates for your diary!
We're delighted to announce that the annual Christmas Lights Switch-on will be held on Friday 1 December 2017 at 7pm in the Library Gardens. Children from Dronfield Junior School will be singing some festive songs and everyone is invited to join in with the carol singing.

Remembrance Day Parade - Road Closure Notification

Derbyshire Connect Shopping Buses Take To The Road
New bus services funded by Derbyshire County Council have taken to the road – and they're free for Gold Card holders.
Derbyshire Connect 'shopping' buses went into service on Monday 2 October. They replace the Dial-a-Bus (DAB) services previously run on behalf of the council by the county's six community transport groups.
